Re: 68 2wd Burb Body to 72 4wd Chassis?
Ive been kicking this around myself. I have the two wheel drive panel and the 4 wheel drive burb. Easy swap (relatively). I don't know the weight on these, but way back when we took the panel body off of its chassis I believe there were six of us. Its pretty dang heavy.

Re: 68 2wd Burb Body to 72 4wd Chassis?
I never gave the hump a thought. My 67 2wd panel was a 6cy. 4 speed on the floor, and had a high hump. Was it a factory set up?

my friends are cheep but put a few of them together and get ready to I have moved on to a much better complete suburban to move forward with my current project.. mostly just edge and surface rust.. much more repairable than the giant panel losses in the blue one.. but still considering a long term search for a donor for 'ol rusty blue to make it more marketable or keep [shhh, don't tell Mrs. Bee]

Looks like a great score on the second burb!
