Got the bed on last night, had to shim the back of the bed almost 3", is there a rubber mount I am missing?

Probably will be there, Have to make a list of what I need to finish my truck first. I did get several packages today from LMC, can't wait to dig into those.

It has 11" travel front and back. It is higher than stock at full air, and 4" to frame aired out.

D2600 front and rear. I think the height is because I did not use drop spindles.

Can't wait to see what you got! I'm hitting the swap meet tomorrow. If that doesn't work out them I'm going Saturday.

Re: 1969 C20 Lowered Custom

First drive yesterday in more than a year!!! put 7.5 miles on it Had to replace the vacumn line to the transmission,
would not up-shift so I was leaving burnouts at every stop light. it shifts great now with the new line.

Made a little progress on the gauges and interior. Found my C20 logos at the portland swap meet and saved $160.

Digg the custom look. How much do you think you pancaked the hood?

Re: 1969 C20 Lowered Custom

Looks good! I'll bet it's good to be driving it. I finally found my fuel filler door. I'll start installing it this weekend. After that I can re-install my bed. Did you end up using that water pump pulley?

Re: 1969 C20 Lowered Custom

Dug the truck out for it's first show. Still have some body and interior work to complete, and of course wheels/ tires now that the watts link is installed but getting closer. I had one guy walk up and offer me $12K, I told him it was not for sale. Maybe if he had a more realistic number...
