Post Pics of Your 2-Tone Truck!!!
As I have mentioned in some other threads, I am a big fan of the two-tone paint schemes on these trucks. I think they combine the best of the old-school look from the 67-72 era trucks with the newer body style of our 88+ models
I know there were 3 versions of the two-tone paint schemes -- *Conventional Two-tone with the accent color on the bottom *Special Two-tone with the upper stripe decal and an accent color below *Deluxe Two-tone with the upper stripe decal and an accent color between the decal and the lower body color Here's my 89 Silverado RCSB with the original Deluxe Two-tone scheme of Caramel Brown Metallic / Hugger Orange Stripe Decal / Sandstone Metallic / Caramel Brown Metallic Please post yours too!!! |

Sweet truck man! Mines pretty much the same colour. It's a '94 Chev, changed the grille to GM tho.

Here's another '92 i used to own. I loved the two tone, don't see this colour combo a lot.

Here's my truck its a 1989 c1500 silverado. Paw paw bought it new off the lot in 1989 an left it for me before he passed away in 2007. Grew up around this truck an learned how to drive in it. You dont see the color hardly at all

 Our Milk Cow 1990 GMC Sierra that was stolen last April. We've had some leads, but the truck has not been recovered. It may be in the Pine Bluff, Arkansas, area.

Not that it's rare,but out of 17 of these trucks,the only 2 tone I have owned was hideous.
It was a silver 96,but with a teal green accent in the middle.Ugliest truck I've ever owned,never took a single photo of it.
