web search problems

If anyone has the time visit bp automotive .com I am having trouble viewing their site and seeing instructions, I have told them of this problem but they seem to think it is my problem and not theirs, I checked on 3 different CP's and I get the same results, I do not have this issue on anyone else's site.

Do you see the instructions ? I do not.

No, I sure don't see any instructions. Click on the link, takes me to a page with a title, but no contents. I am using Microsoft Edge as a Browser.

The rest did not have a link.

When I click on the link samkost listed then it shows so if anyone else searches do not use the link samkost posted until after you search it first.
I sent them another email and now they are claiming that is the only instructions they have so search that one only, I do not know why they did not tell me this before.
I also do not see pictures for the harnesses they offer if you click on a certain harness.
The main page of the harnesses I see 6 out of 9 pictures. but no pictures in the links.

Forget about that website.. Shop elsewhere for your parts and other needs.. If you went into a brick-and-mortar store and the isles were cluttered up with shopping carts and boxes. Trip hazards everywhere. Things laying around so that you could not get to the merchandise, would you keep coming back??? Probably not..
