Just got email from brothers and fuel tank is $180 off.Time to pull the trigger.Question will underbed tank fit panel.I know its for pickup but they have higher capacity than the conversion piece that is rear mount like my panel has in it now. Some modification is not huge issue, heck not modifying something is normally issue with me.LOL

Re: fuel tank choices for 69 panel

I put a tank from an ~87 suburban in my Suburban. Didn't need to do much to get it to work. Some square tube across the top of the frame so it wouldn't go up all the way to the floor was about it. I also had to move the rearmost crossmember and I used that and the crossmember for the straps.

It's all installed, so I can only show the tank in and the straps in the crossmember really
