Front fender lower rust repair

I know all patch panels aren't perfect but figured I'd ask if anybody has had luck with the lower patch panels for our trucks.

I had bought one a while ago that was so far off I threw it in the garbage. Wondering if AMD or Goodmark are worth trying. Thanks.

Thanks for the link Robert, some very good info in there. Was also looking for some first hand reviews of what brand patch panel to look for. I know none are perfect, but some are companies stampings are far better than others..

People say good things about AMD, but there aren't many companies that make the parts. Lots of distributors, few makers.

Try searching gibson62 I think on youtube. He's got a bunch of vids doing metalwork on his 62 truck.

They are all the same. Too long and have to be cut up to use.
