Same thing I did on Saturday with the same seat from a 99 Yukon. Put your tilt levers on the opposite sides and they'll be more level. Mine were swapped for some reason too

It's a blazer fill neck and a suburban tank as I'm told.

If that's her ride, I'm curious to see what kind of "junk" you have.

Hanger bearing crapped out so I removed the two-piece shaft and I will try to drop it off at a drive shaft shop tomorrow.

We always call our stuff junk not sure why but we have always said it that way.it might be a Canadian thing because when we go to car shows we hear a lot of people call there cars junk but they are not? I would never call anyone else's vehicle junk because really they are a work of art. we all put lots of time and effort into restoring our vehicles. My junk collection consist's of a 87 Buick GN,68 chev caprice & a 2013 CTSV wagon

People all over the world call their own stuff "junk". It's probably just the idea that no matter how good we think our vehicles are, we know somebody has gone to greater lengths to create theirs. Of course, it could just be the joke about opposites. Kind of like calling a big guy "Tiny". Also, your collection sounds pretty good.

Re: What did you do to your truck today? Chapter II

Used an old school bead roller, hammer and some round bar bent to the radius. This finishes the cover plate for nv3500 swap. A bit of black paint and it will look store bought.

Re: What did you do to your truck today? Chapter II

Got rid of the stupid plastic air cleaner spacer that was on it when I got it, the air cleaner would even sit straight. Put on an Allstar aluminum spacer with an o-ring seal on the bottom. Took some convincing and a small cut in the baseplate of the air cleaner to get it to fit for some reason. But itís on there good now.
And put a new Accell distributor cap and rotor on. The one that was on it said made in the USA with no brand so Iíd say itís pretty old haha
And lastly I made a pretty neat overflow for my radiator from a cool old bottle my uncle gave me.

This represents the last batch of the hardware I've cleaned. Countless hours and well over 1000 pieces. I won't miss it. If I knew of their existence I'd have bought a tumbler, but they came out nice. Next stop is black zink plating.
