1964 - 66 Auto column

This is for the column on the right. It is been taken apart cleaned, tightened, and bearings repacked. The shift tube is from a 67-72 Turbo 350/ 400 column. It has been shortened to fit this column. $250 plus shipping. Steering wheel not included in price.

Re: 1964 - 66 Auto column

Woody,

The column looks nice for a three speed automatic conversion, good price too.

Attached are two photos, can you tell what application these auto linkage are for?

Thanks,
Les

Do you ever make these for a four speed transmission?

Les- I'm pretty sure your linkage is for 63-66. auto with a powerglide

The Rocknrod - I have all the pieces to do a floor shift column if that's what you're talking about.

Re: 1964 - 66 Auto column

Rvrfoot- it will be this weekend before I can get a shipping quote on the column. Do you want this Center steering shaft with it? The price of the column is the same with or without, the only difference will be the shipping cost.

The Rocknrod- sorry, no I don't have the pieces to do an overdrive column. Can you get an overdrive lens for 63 - 66?

Re: 1964 - 66 Auto column

Sorry, I don't have another 3-speed automatic column at this time. I do have this Powerglide automatic column with a 66 Deluxe wheel. $250 plus shipping on the column with or without the center shaft, $150 plus shipping on the steering wheel or $350 -plus shipping for both. They will have to be shipped in two separate boxes. The column has been taken apart cleaned and regreased, new lower bearing.

Re: 1964 - 66 Auto column

The shift tube is made different but it can be used . You could only get an original 3 speed automatic column in 1966. And I think only in a 3/4 ton. Here's the only 2 pics I have in my phone showing the difference in the lower part of the shift tubes. The first one is for turbo 350/400. The second one is for a powerglide.
