Re: 70 C20 Special Interior

I have the same style seat in Bright Blue for my '71 GMC
The drivers side is torn and I've been hunting for the material.

Did Truckseats do the cover?

This is my Material...

Re: 70 C20 Special Interior

Good info to know. The 600 black vinyl trim in my truck is a real scorcher in these California summers. I could just put a sun shield on the seat too, I guess.

Not in the cab, but in the bed of the truck. Trans and motor this week, maybe able to do more to the interior in couple of weeks.

Thanks again

Is there any way you can post a pic of your whole seat? I'm considering going with cloth on my seats.

Regarding material, check with SMS Fabrics. If it exists, they should have it.

Re: 70 C20 Special Interior

Although it does appear I'd need the 0435 material and not the 0434.

My '70 needs a seat, too, and this is exactly what I'd like to do.

Re: 70 C20 Special Interior

. . . .

Here is the cloth seat in my 70.

The cover was made by Carsinc.com and cost around $400.

It is made very well and fit perfectly.

Thanks Steve. Great looking truck. Good to know CarsInc makes them. They always make the "odd" stuff. They have a cover for my '69 Biscayne, if I actually ever get around to finishing it. Not a horrible price, either.
