No "lowering" but you're looking at Porterbuilt? I'm confused.

If you're leaving it at stock height... Almost everything you need can be bought from a local parts store. Such as a NAPA.

Okay I want to stop and I don't want to wallow going around corners porterbuilt makes upgraded trailing arms and frame stiffeners plus a bunch of other things for stock ride as does hotchkis suspension makes new geometry Arms better shocks and so on

I don't think Napa sells this stuff , I don't need to lower it to make it handle just want to update the 40 ish year old suspension

Look at CPP's tubular trailing arms you can get them in a complete kit with shocks and a new cross member too.

Just seems like a lot of coin for a stockish ride. But hey, it's your rig.

All the disc brake components for the front can be bought at a local parts house. But if you want to upgrade the rear brakes to disc as well, then CPP and ECE sell rear disc brake kits too.

rebuild whats worn out, new shocks, radials and anti sway bars front and rear. that will do you as good as any "kit". 72's came standad with disc brakes so your good there.

I went with the full GSI kit, but it's for bags and laying frame. Hope to be installed in a month or so
