Post got a bondo tip for those non patch panal spots

bend the bottem part of the rusty metal to make a lip for the bondo to sit on. that what a been doing today as spring prep work

The shop I work at also does body work and listening to the bodyman's stories my favorite has to be- stuff an old sock in the hole and bondo over it.

Used to use news paper and put metal fileings in the bondo on the cheap repaints that I bought to sell, The metal fileings always worked !

You guys might want to try KittyHair or EverGlass made by Evercoat. Both are a bazillion times better then bondo for doing minor hole filling.

Yes they both do work better but harder for a first timer to work with. Just my opion.

Nothing like an old license plate to patch a quarter panel, heh heh! I don't do this to "my own cars" though. Just call me "bondoman" !!!
