it is at the hard rock, just wondering if anyone had ever been, would anyone ever go? or is it way to far out for most here.

Re: Rehab, Party at the pool

I live in Miami (Party Capital of the World)....I have gone to parties like that when I was in my 20's and 30's right here at home which happens anytime of the year..So to answer to your question if I was in Vegas I might go by just to see whats up .

Re: Rehab, Party at the pool

Youll easily spend 1k for a day of partyinng. $25 drinks, $675 for a bottle.

No other party compares to the pool party. we will get upwards of 12k people through the pool on a busy holiday weekend. Where other "copy cat" pool partys will be lucky to get 3k people through the doors.
People start getting in line before 4am on Sunday mornings.
Me personally, If I am not getting a paycheck, you would not catch me there.

this is the place empty. nice and quiet,

Just 1 hour later!

Re: Rehab, Party at the pool

nope. I keep thinking pre kids maybe.. but I doubt it. Even then we partied (lived in NY) and were always doing something.. but it never cost a lot. I cant see myself paying over $50 a ticket to get in anywhere like that. I cant justify it even to myself

Josh grew up in Vegas, talks about it often.. honestly I dont see the thrill in it all. If I wanna sit in traffic or walk to go party, I'll go home to visit. At least there I wont lose all my money in casinos as well

It used to be if you were female in Vegas you got in anywhere for free. However now it is you had better be damn hot!!!! Then you can get in the door for a few hundred bucks...

It blows my mind the money people pay for a night of fun around this damn town. To think I prefer my local bar for a beer where I am perfect welcome and at home in a greasy pair of pants or shirt.

Re: Rehab, Party at the pool

My sister and bro-in-law moved there in the late '70s. I visited ALOT! Now not so much. They live in Henderson now, just outside Vegas. It is just like any other 'burb there. Sis's kids are early 20's and I think they are crazy party people.
