For the passenger side you need to find the glass at a wrecking yrad or somewhere. It has to have the metal strip on the bottom of the glass. For the drivers side you can find a regulator at a wrecking yrad or get a new one from any of the venders. Take off the door panel. take out the regulator (the part that holds the window when you roll it up and down) and put the new one in. I can't remember if you have to take out the wing window. if you do it comes out a certain way and goes back in a certain way that you cant mess up. It only goes in one way. It gets a little tricky but nothing that can't be done. Just be patient and it will go back together.

Perhaps these pages from the 1960 Chevy Truck Shop manual will help. The information is for the earlier style cab, but the mechanisms should be similar enough to help you troubleshoot. Good luck.

Welcome to the forum! One of the best I have ever found. There are a number of places to get help. Check out the FAQs, they are very informative.

Sharps posted recently his window removal process. Check out his thread :

Thank you all so much for the info!! I ended up giving it a shot yesterday and figured it out got both windows in and working, and now I can use this reference for the door seals!
