One quick update to make.... my wife got me out of bed early Saturday morning and said, "Let's go cut the bed mat I bought you for your b-day (about 4 months ago...)." So we got everything together and headed out to the storage shed.

Now, one might ask, why would go out to the storage shed when your truck is in the garage. Well... because I have a dismantled SWB in storage and we used the floor to make for a sure fit.

Here's a few pics of the progress and the final result (sorry there not the greatest):

After we ensure the liner was straight, it was time to use a silver sharpie to make the lines for the cuts, and then make the final cut. After trimming the excess off and around the fender wells, we brought the liner back to the house to cut out the stake pockets. All in all, the liner turned out great, and will help protect the floor when we fill in up in two weeks. :D

You've got a keeper there!!! Getting you up in the morning to go work on the truck....installing something she bought you nonetheless. You're a blessed man. Looks good.

My wife and I took advantage of the nice weather today to jump in the truck and go for a ride. On the way back we stopped by a local college campus and took a few shots of the truck. Here's a few of the better shots we captured, enjoy!

Well a couple of the frats were getting things ready for some type of event and I thought about stopping, but then I got the look from the wife. You know what look I'm talking about......

Just don't let those eyes fool you.

Looking great! :chevy:

BTW - I scored two sets of wheels last night, it was dark and late by the time I got home - but, one was a full set of rally's reported to be 15x9's... from a Blazer? Hoping to get the ratty tires off, clean and paint... Not sure if I'll use any of them, but I couldn't beat the price - nearly free! The second set is some old "Appliance" brand, "springers" - 80's wanna-be's :uhmk:

Ship it on up Al, and I will get it cleaned up for you. I can't believe it, I had off all week last week, and I'm still trying to get things crossed off my list. :D

Saw Nate's truck this weekend and it is just as nice as in the pics. This thing is crazy nice with the perfect stance.

Had a great time at the show Nate thanks for all the work you and Doug put into the members area.
