have been very busy this spring but trying to get my cab cleaned and ready for paint. was cleaning of the schmutz by the blower hole and dammit more holes! out of doing this whole cab that side has been nothing but a pain since the start! will be looking for that section so if anyone has one let me know.
you can see the holes that magically appeared. if you look close you can see all of the other areas replaced, what a pita! |
Re: "The way it is" 67'swb
Man that cab is looking great! I really like what you did with the wire channel, it turned out awesome. Looks to me you are very close to finish it with primer.

Re: "The way it is" 67'swb
thanks mcbasssin! i am so close i can smell the paint in the air but so far away! i had plans to have it primed by my 4 day memorial day weekend:waah:! i have some more paint removal, clean up, make a plastic sheet paint booth, prime, seam seal, reprime/epoxy prime and then fianlly paint! my new plan is before the end of june.

Let me know when you order your Raptor, we'll order two sets and save on shipping... I'd also like to see you spray it on, hey..someone has to hold your beer!

by the way i had ordered my painless harness, it is very nice and awesome quality! i think i am actually going to go with the powerbraid kit instead of the $100 rebate. they had provided a sample of it and it is some pretty sweet stuff and will make for a awesome clean and very protected finish! ps you can still hold my beer while i roll:lol: |
Re: "The way it is" 67'swb
i'm not holding the paint stick though!
where did you get the harness from? |
