Trying to visualize this. I would try to bump it back out from the inside with a block of wood and hammer. Don't beat the heck out of it. A little at a time. Then fine tune it with hammer and dolly. If you have a slide hammer with a L shaped flange that you could put on the inside of the door skin with the door closed and slowly bump it out. You can see it move and stop when it gets close to lining up with the rocker.

First off, looks like you are flying. Looks great. I'd be interested in seeing how the warped panel looks. I am about ready to do the same work you are doing. I got the old rocker cut off and it's kinda making me think long and hard about doing the patch repair after reading yours and some other guys talking about warping during welding.

i hammered mine out it it all lines up good now. as for welding on the doors i would spot weld it instead of fully welding it up like i did. after you spot weld it get some fiberglass jell to go over everything and it will look good. it takes alot of sanding but mine is coming out pretty good for my first time doing any panel replacing.

its not as hard as alot of people make it seem.

Looks good man. What kind of welder are u using? How did u find the rockers? I'm looking at mine and thinking I may have to replace the lower cab supports. They are rusted at the bottom, but then I'm thinking i might just weld in some pieces and bang in the rockers. All this thinking is bad for me. lol

i just had to replace my front cab support. its not hard just cut trim your patch panel and weld it in. im using a crapy welder. its one of those little ones that dont require gas it has the flux built on the wire

I think the best idea is to just replace the part that is bad insted of trying to make the whole panel fit.;) I was talking about the doors. The rocker looks nice. Make sure your doors line up with it before you weld it for good.

Re: my first 62

i did everything looks good. the reason i did the whole bottom patch panels on the doors was because the bottoms where completely rusted out.
