Here's my 71 GMC Camper Special 2500 I just bought about 2 weeks ago. Original paint and drivetrain but had to ditch the original carpet cause it made my truck smell like a wet dog.

Im in love with my original paint/patina. I still cant believe i bought it with the intentions of parting it out and scrapping the rest.

I have owned this truck for 18 years. The only thing I have change on it is heater core and recently the steering wheel. its original paint with the exception of the tailgate and a small paint repair on the right bedside by the previous owner. The truck is a rust free survivor.

Not sure if white on bottom was original or not.
If it was added to the truck it had to be before 1977 when it was bought by my wifes dad bought it |
