Full moon wheel covers! What is that treatment that looks sort of like a spinner on them? It is just cutouts? Also, it looks like that tool box is made of wood! I have made several tool chests from just wood, but for my carving tools.

My 1970 GMC 2500 Custom Camper. My parents purchased this new in 1970. Last Photo is what it looked like new in 1970.
