..I'm not a mechanic..I just got a 67 GMC and will have bucket seats installed..Are these brkts something I'm gotta have to mount the seats?..If so I want to place an order:gmc2:

Just an FYI on the 67 GMC part, if talking about using the OE 67/68 style buddy buckets that were mounted atop a full width tubular frame, then these floor pan brackets are not needed and were never installed OE on the 67 or 68's. These brackets were only found on the 69-72's with the separate buckets that had the seat tracks/brackets bolted directly to the floor pan. Mel :chevy:

Roger do you have the long brace for bucket seat trucks? I wonder if people putting bucket seats in non bucket seat floor pans use them??? Reason I ask is I have a set I'm fixing to install in my truck.

I do not have the front long brace. I am trying to find one and see if I can possible have some manufactured. I have in the past made 4 brackets to fit under the front bucket seat mounting.
