HD suspension trucks (F60 code on my K5 blazer)

Is the F60 RPO code a common option on the K5?

As I understand the F60 has 3 front spring leafs each side rather then 2.

Probably the quad shocks also depending on year

I know the 78 F60 did not include the quad shock on the K5 Blazer

Looks like the F60 option got you the heavy duty front springs (3 leaf, 2250 lbs vs the regular 2 leaf, 1650 lbs packs) and heavy duty front and rear shocks (for 1978)
Starting in '81 you could get the F60 option with or without the Z75 quad front shock option.
