I agree with pete. I have seen similar in 73 and up, but not sure if they changed over the years in square bodies.

That is a 76 up inside blazer pipe spare tire Carrier. Still kinda rare.

Thanks for the additional info. It didn’t look familiar to me, and I don’t own a Blazer (yet) so I passed on it.
