Trying to change password
 

Has anyone else ever had trouble changing their password? I forgot mine, and had to get a new password sent to me via email, and in that email, it gives you a link to click on to reset my password. I clicked that and it took me to a page where I logged in with my temporary password. As soon as I log in , it redirects to a page that is blank and stays that way. Never loads. I could use some guidance. Thanks.

I would suggest clicking the reload symbol for the browser you are using or just try another browser. Have seen various browsers having trouble. Read it is something about DNS errors. Edge is having the most problems in my experience.
