WOW! That's Ridiculous.

Re: delivering parts in South Texas I found
Looks like a good argument for measuring at least twice, before cutting.....
There are Bonneville streamliners that have larger window openings than that. |

Re: delivering parts in South Texas I found
Honestly, not to be rude, but could a midget even sit up straight in that thing? I mean the seats are raised quite a bit as is, there must be a foot and a half from the top of the seat to the roof at most!

Re: delivering parts in South Texas I found
Do you ever make house calls to repair rusted blazers? :D I'm having a hard time finding the time to get started and keep going. I'm at the point where I'm considering paying someone to do it.

Re: delivering parts in South Texas I found
Dang I'd have to cut a hole in the roof so I could sit in the thing... Just cut a hole in the floor while you're at it and we will Fred Flinstone the thing around town! HAHA That is just rediculous.... Maybe it was made for midgets? But dang... At least it still has a front clip and a bed that are normal... HAHA

"Sir, put down the sawzall and step away slowly..."

Re: delivering parts in South Texas I found
I can only imagine that is a practice round for doing some custom fabwork later. Heaven forbid he's planning on driving it.

Re: delivering parts in South Texas I found
I know this is a very old post but that is hilarious. You gotta love it.

Re: delivering parts in South Texas I found
In the Sixties, there were some Funny Cars that had extremely-lowered lids, that had the drivers sitting and looking through a hole in the roof....usually with a mid-engine set up.
Even after all this time, it's still ugly and makes me think of the phrase..."We measured once, cut it twice and it's still too short." |
Re: delivering parts in South Texas I found
Wow hadn't seen this one before but that thing is freaking ridiculous as all hell haha! Hopefully they were just practicing on this one and not actually driving it around.
|
Re: delivering parts in South Texas I found
why practice on something worth driving. there are plenty of old tempos and stuff to practice on.
