Very nice... well done. What about some pics and specs of the big blue one behind it?

Re: The new family cruiser

Thanks to everyone for all the compliments. I have had my eye on this one for some time. So, once a fair price was agreed on I couldn't pass on the chance to own it . It makes it so much easier when the wife is on board with it also. :metal:
So here are some specs. It is a real 70 2wd, the numbers on the vin, spid, and frame all match. The motor is BBC 396, 700R4 trans, air ride suspension, 2 1/2" drop spindles, 4 wheel disc brakes, QA1 adjustable shocks front and rear, Foose nitrous wheels 20x8.5 and 20x10. The paint is Mercedes Benz Brilliant Silver. I'll get some more pics up in a couple of days if I can get home before dark from work. But here are some interior details, stock dash bezel with classic industries silver gauges, flaming river tilt column, chicayne steering wheel, dark grey tweed door panels, and front and rear seats, black carpet, and a really nice stereo.
And the best thing, to me at least, is no top. Roadster all the time. :metal:

I will get pics up in a few days. It is a 70 4x4 with a 350 motor, TH350 trans,
NP205 transfer case, and a 6" lift with 35" tires on mickey thompson wheels.

I originally bought it to convert it to a 2wd but changed my mind. I am ready to enjoy driving my new silver blazer and my 62 impala ss this year with my wife and kids. I'm kinda burnt out working on projects right now as I just got finished helping my dad tear apart his 61 impala ss project ( 10 months ) and put it back together in time for the sacramento autorama this week. Another project is not what I am looking to get into right now. That is pretty much the reason why i bought something already done.

It's a pretty nice blazer that is fun to drive, but it looks like I need to renew my subscription and probably try and sell it and the few parts that I have for the conversion.

That's the one I would always see on sunrise. Gold river area. Plate was "realssr". Think the owner may have worked at a collective on greenback. The pictures don't do it justice!! Super sweet rig!! Congrats!!
Would love to know how much you got that for... It's an awesome ride!

Sometimes silver doesn't look right on these old body styles, but that Mercedes color is PERFECT! Very Nice!
