Sound deadening mats vs sprays
 

I am about to do a big rebuild on my 98, and I want to put something in the doors. The question is, mats or spray? Dynamat is an industry standard, how does something like lizard skin compare? I've never attempted anything like this before, the spray seems much easier at least....
