manual vs power steering

other than the power steering pump, are there any other differences between power steering and manual steering? are all the rest of the parts the same?
TIA

The steering box is different as well; power or manual. The pitman arm is also power or manual.

I know this thread is old and I hope you been long enjoying your ride but who knows if the build is still going on. Sooo, I think you'll need a different pulley, two grove. off the crankshaft for the power steering pump.
