DD Engine mount location

I read but maybe im doing something wrong. I bought and put in a DD LS cross member. I am using the stock TH350 because I dont want to shorten the stock driveshafts. It looks like im about a 1-1/2 off, I do have adjustable motor mount plates but still no where close. Engine is about 1/2" from the pass fire wall. It looks like I cant move my DD engine mount back anymore. Any suggestions?

im not sure on the DD mounts...i used the "ebay" adapter plates that let me use the sb clamshells and motormounts.. they postioned the rear face of the LS at the same spot the sbc was..no clearance issues

Thats what I did, I used the ebay mounts and the clam shell rubber motor mounts that bolts to the Dirty Dingo cross member. I left the Transfer case in the original spot and mated the trans and engine to it.
