Help with Retrosound
Trying to put a Retrosound system in my truck. The wiring diagram shows 4 speaker outputs. 2 for the front and 2 for the rear.
I have 5 speakers going into the truck though, 2 small at the dash, 1 center dash which is a DVC (dual voice coil), and 2 rear corners. I was thinking about using 1 channel to power the two small fronts. Run the rears separate and use the last one to wire the DVC in series. Is this correct? |
Re: Help with Retrosound
Do you know what the retrosound manual says about the number of ohms the speakers should be? And do you know the ohms of each of your speakers?

Re: Help with Retrosound
It sounds like your all set then. I think the dual voice coil speaker can be used as if it is 2 speakers, so you really have 6 speakers as far as the radio and amp know.

I have been looking at the retrosound radio and was wondering if your happy with yours and how well the sound is?
