Best way to install seatbelts in a 1960
 

I’d like to install 3 lap belts in my 69 short bed. Does anyone have a recommendation on reasonably priced black lap belts without retractors? Also, what is the best way to correctly install them to my cab floor?

Your title says 1960.
If so, I'd install them exactly how they were installed in a 66. It became law to have seatbelts in in our trucks in 66.

Your post says 69. If you have a 69, I'd put them where they would have been in a 69.

I went back and read that thread.
Doesn't look like it'll help much with your question on how to install lap belts in a vehicle that may not have any provisions for seatbelts.
