73-87 c10 long bed on a c30 crew cab???
 

I actually have a 90 square body c3500 or c30, Whatever you want to call it. It was a 3+3 truck but it’s has been converted to a flat bed. I am wanting to remove the flatbed and put on a regular long bed once again. Will a 73-87 c10 long bed fit on the c30 crew cabs with single axle? Thanks you in advance. I have searched and searched but haven’t found a good answer. Thanks you.

It probably should. I have not seen many crewcabs with a extra long wheelbase that would make an 8 foot longbed not fit.

If it's a stock chassis, the LWB bed will fit. If it's a modified C&C set-up, then the frame could be longer depending on what the truck was originally intended to do.

Easiest way to tell is to measure the wheel base & confirm it matches that of a CC LWB truck (single wheel or dually).

Crew cab long bed with box is 164.5 center to center of axles .

I know there’s one around me, I see it once in a while driving around. My lord, that thing is LONG! First and only one I have see, in person that is.

Yeah they are L O N G. I got the pleasure of maneuvering one thru some narrow streets in villages in Okinawa. Holly mackerel it was rough.
