Put a piece of trim on by using existing holes and some screws. Really makes me wanna order clips lol I think it looked GREAT with the trim..
Washed the truck today, tested my tach dash IT WORKS! Fixed my exhaust hanger (they sit level now), was in the proces of fixing my licence plate lamp, and cut the snot outta my hand with needlenose pliers. Right in the palm! Asked some old woman about her sons 72 swb fleetside sitting in the woods (droped spindles/other good parts) she said its not for sale but come back some other time (he was sick). I talked to him before and hope he will sell/parts off of it |
Re: "Rice Rocket'
Lookin good brother!!!

Re: "Rice Rocket'

Re: "Rice Rocket'
It was really inspiring. I think im going to get some scrap sheetmetal maybe tomorow and get the welder dialed in for hole fillign (orange bed has lots of 72 trim holes). May even take it down to bare metal (has some filler around tailight area) pull the dent and paint baby blue rustoleum)?
Yeah I think im going to buy the 3-4 trim clips for that front piece of trim and slowly start putting it on, it'll motivate me). I'll have to dril holes in the bed for the 68 trim...yikes |
Re: "Rice Rocket'
The bowtie 10 was like that when I bought it (looks original to me?) I may paint the red again I dunno

Re: "Rice Rocket'
looks good. Like your idea on the bed. Will make it look mucho bettero ;) And you'll be more excited to ride in it/work on it when it's all one color.
|
Re: "Rice Rocket'
Yeah, I think when I have $ burnin a hole in my pocket ima pick up some rustoluem quality paint products (wanna do a shop logo for rustoleum, a funny shop logo lol). And some trim clips. your right it looks bad a##!
