With you being considered the sites historian by many and at times so anal about some members posted verbiage and keeping things straight/correct and to also possibly save others reading in the future from being confused when searching for mirror info, I figured to add per Jeff's original "WTB 71 DG4 Mirrors" thread title and request in top post, that all 69-71 RPO DG4 mirrors were a combination of stainless and chrome mounting arms w/stainless mirror heads, with the all painted version of the same 69-71 mirrors being RPO D29. Come on fella's, per Jeff's wtb thread title: "WTB: 71 DG4 Mirrors" and top post of thread: "Looking for DG4 mirrors for my 1971 C20", he's clearly chasing a specific mirror for his truck here. If unfamiliar with OE mirror options and Rpo's then using the board search tab is quick and easy, these two below pictures show Jeff's requested style of mirrors and were sourced in about ten seconds using the search tab function. And while on the mirror subject and the need of sorting the good info from the bad, the mirrors Furno68C20 added above may have been bolted on his 72 K20 but they are NOT OE for it, they look like the GM van/G series mirrors with that upper twisted arm/brace, there have been three sets of the twisted arm van/G style mirrors sold here on the truck parts board in the last couple of weeks so do your research and buyer beware. I am 99% sure I have a couple good sets --- I will try and gets pics for you tomorrow.

I also need to dig up my 72 SS mirrors.

yes, The set laying in the back of the truck is for sale. I thought you had already found a set from one of the others so i didn`t continue pushing mine.
