ID a Part Please & WIW

Have had this for some time, acquired it along with a bunch of truck parts awhile back. Was told it was for a Blazer spare tire mount at the time but it's not familiar to me at all. I had a 71 Blazer K5 years ago (like a dumba** I sold it, LOL) with the outside swing away spare tire mount. The double angle bent section is a solid one piece tube with the center triangular piece welded to the tube. The channeled arm bolts to that section near the triangular center section. Is the channel piece bent or twisted or is it correct for mounting in that manner? All three tube ends have a flattened bolt hole mount. Is this for the newer square body Blazers? Never had one of those so am clueless. Any help with an identification, years of application and a value would be much appreciated.

Looks like a square body spare tire carrier. Not sure exactly what years. Have seen them for sale in the $100 range in the past.

Thanks for the reply and the info Eric. Guess what I was told when I got it was pretty close then altho no mention of what years Blazer it would fit. Have no square body Blazer so guess it would be cheaper for me to sell it than buy a Blazer, LOL. Thanks again, much appreciate the response.
