Did you lower the rear a couple inches during the engine swap, you might have said? Stance is perfect!

Thannks! The only thing suspension wise I changed was adding in the Porterbuilt adjustable trailing arm cross member. I did move down to a lower pivot point so, maybe just slightly lower in the rear, but I think everything ended up pretty close to what it was before. I do need to get it reweighed just to see if my weight changed very much.

Outstanding! I'm being lazy here, but can you remind me what your current setup is?

Just some minor changes......6.2 LS3/6L80/TVS1900 Magnacharger/Paddle Shifters/Dakota Digital VHX gauges and Vintage Air.....:D

I meant to say, remind me what your current suspension setup is...sorry, I've been under the weather for a few days and missed a key word.

The truck is looking awesome HR. Jealous of the good weather you have to be able to drive your truck to work. How are things going with HPTuners? Catching on fairly quickly?

Roger. Front: CPP tubular upper and lower A-arms, CPP 2 in dropped spindles with 3 inch dropped springs, 28" tall tire.

Rear: PB TA crossmember, PB trailing arms with 3" dropped built in, 5" dropped springs, 31" tall tire.

Hope you start feeling better.

Thanks. The weather's been OK, but a lot of rain or very cold (for us anyway!). I like HPTuners. Large learning curve, but I'm getting the jest of it. I feel like I'm back in college some days........The E38 computer is quite a bit different than the older stuff, so there isn't as much help on the net and the people who do know it, really don't want to share ...$$$$....LOL....I plan on doing a lot of reading and "testing" over the holidays. I evetually plan on taking a tuner class sometime next year. I doing tunes might be a good post retirement retirement gig, :D.

Thanks!

After work yesterday, I took it to get weighed just to see the difference before and afer. 3920 before -> 3940 after, :metal:. I'm thinking that should make for a decent 1/4 mile.....:D.

I think that given a few weeks I could duplicate that air box. :smoke:

Awesome work Rob!
