Need help with steering rack hardline fittings!

Buddy at work has a leak in the hardline on the rack. 07 Yukon Denali 6.2. Rack is out, lines are off. Ordered lines, but they are female fittings on the one end! The factory line is male with an o ring for sealing. GM diagrams (and checked in person with the dealer) only have the lines I got for him. See the links:

It's like there was a mid-year changeover. Does anyone have experience with this? Is there an adapter out there? Or, does he need to order a complete rack?

Need to get this sorted ASAP, truck is taking up a bay...

For those that deal with this in the future... it was fixed with a reman rack. The replacement rack had the female fittings.
