DMARCUM123-Paid but no delivery.
 

I had a bad deal with DMARCUM123 back in May. I paid him $160.00 for a pair of leaf springs that he never shipped to me. I sent him a few pm's and an email trying to get him to ship the springs or return the payment. I also sent a pm to a site administrator and have'nt gotten a reply from either one. I wrote it off until I saw the "Bad Deal" area here. What can I do?

i also can't get a response from him. I bought a bed from him and can't get him to give me all that was in the sale?? Hes been on the site but no reponse.

You may as well take it up with the local authorities. He has been on the site again and has not read or replied to my message. He is now no longer a member.

Thanks Liz I will just chalk it up to a lesson learned. I have too many other things going on to worry about it now. Just a word from the not so wise for anybody buying on here, If you spend an amount of money that you consider large it is best to make a road trip. I hope he would have done something but thats not the case. I have found most of the parts locally that he didn't send except the strips. I'll just buy some later.
