Replacing window tracks, felt, etc.

I've got a 65 Chevy C-10.

I'm getting it repainted inside and out. I also need to replace the window tracks (channel), felt, etc.

Should I remove the windows and other stuff before the new paint job?

Should I install the new stuff before the new paint job?

I want to get a nice paint job, but don't want to damage it trying to install the new window felt, rubber, etc.

It looks like it is going to be challenge to reinstall all of this stuff.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Jerry

Remove before painting.

Pull it all so the painter can get all the way into the area the felt goes and not have to mask anything. Much cleaner when completed and no chances of a unpainted spot. Do the same thing in the door jams when the do them and remove the door seals, the bumpers and the latch.
