Lowered c50

I'm looking for some help! I have an original low mileage (30k) c50 farm truck that I want to lower on stock suspension. I would like to keep the original suspension and drivetrain since it's low mileage and runs great. I have searched and haven't found a thread on it. Does anyone have any advice? Pictures? Can I flip the axles on top of the springs? How much work is involved? Thanks for your help! CST

I can not help you out at all with the lowering. But I'll pass this on to you.

What needs to be done depends on what you consider 'low'.
This is some good info that would be similar to your C50 app.... http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=764215

May be cost prohibitive for the project but I think later model axle from say a Kodiack up to 09 would be helpful and it has a awesome disk brake setup too. I was wanting to build one but I never got much past planning and then the no time thing hit me with reality. Jim
