Nice '72 C20 on Ebay....interesting
Although I would not generally look for a 3/4 ton over a 1/2 ton myself....I appreciate nice solid examples and I think this is one.
Its located in New York State but it is originally out of California and based on what is shown in the ad it is a very solid example and very nicely optioned out. Personally, I believe the closer the truck is to being in original condition then you usually start off with a better candidate if you choose to restore it or modify it. Interesting to watch to see where the bidding goes. Sometimes these trucks 'fly under the radar' at this time of the year and you can often get a surprisingly good deal.....I know, because that is how (Ebay) I bought mine and its a very good example as well.....just do your homework. That's about as rust free as you will ever find. Very solid truck.

Looks very clean. My first thought was a highlander truck with the parchment interior then noticed the SPID, which listed a white cab/med green body exterior with a blue interior - that's a cool combo.
I also noticed the sellers description (and this is his "26th" such truck since 1984): "What you see is what you get and what you see is an unrestored truck that has not been messed with or altered to any great degree." He also believes the mileage to be correct despite the original tach cluster is gone? Nice truck don't get me wrong I'd be happy to drive it but as stated a buyer should do their homework. |

the front fenders did not come from a truck with an aux battery as is listed on the spid...

looks like it made it to 5344.00 last sell , reserve not met , it has different or repainted doors , and at oe time has had a fifth wheel hitch in bed , I cant understand someone pulling the tac cluster out , if that's been changed miles could be anyones guess
