It's great to see another young guy interested in these trucks. That's a sweet looking truck to start with. What are your plans?

replaced the cab corner started on rocker. how do i weld in the new rocker and how do i replace the front cab support?
|
Re: my first 62
I've got the whole process in my build. The link is in my signature. If you can do a cab corner the cab support shouldn't be a problem. Look at the new cab support and drill old spot welds, remove and reverse order. I know these steps are vague. The main reason I'm writing this is to tell you to fit your door that you will be using to your new rocker. If door needs repair, I would do it first. It might be a PITA to do, but so would cutting your new rocker loose because it didn't line up. Just my .02
Do you have the new parts for your "A" post? |
Re: my first 62
not yet i have to order it. but i fitted the rocker and i have to fix the bottom of the door but with the rocker in place the door lined up good
|
Re: my first 62
