hei question

I've been reading alot of posts about hei,i guess i should have printed them out, there is two connections one that says tach and one that says batt,do i just make up connection from batt to fuse box and leave tach connection alone?

You want the power wire on the accesories so that its only on when the ignition is in run.
Best way to do this is run a wire with a male spade onthe end to the fuse panel and just plug it into an empty hole marked "acc".
The tach plug you leave unless of course you have a tach http://67-72chevytrucks.com/board/ubbhtml/smile.gif. Make sure to use a good wire, its the only thing keeping the truck running.
Good luck.
