Had I not already put a fuel cell in my 73, I'd be all over this. I like it.

Good luck with sales :)

This tank will probably be visible. We can always make a tank shallower.

For the price listed, I'll take as many as you have. ;)
What is your pricing? Just using the one pictured as an example?

Can you make one where the stock saddle bag type gas tank goes? Made as large as possible and using the stock style pickup and mounting brackets? It would also need to have good baffling like the factory tank i have.

i have an 87 with fuel injection so i want to keep the ability to replace the pump and sending unit with stock parts in the future. I plan on having only one tank so i can get rid of the switching valve and i dont want to fill up through the bed floor with the rear mounted tanks.

I would also be interested in a larger saddle tank.

Pricing for the above tank will be around $349 or so. I am looking into the bigger saddle type tank as well.

from David's diagram, it looks like it will hang down approximately 6.5" from the bottom of the frame rail.

You still there Dave? How many gallons is the one pictured. Will it work with the Porterbuilt rear setup?

I have one of those tanks in Project C-10 and it is awesome, it does hang below the frame but not that much. If I can remember I will take a picture from the back of my truck so you can see.

Awesome build quality Dave !!

Would it be possible to build a shallower saddle tank for a bagged truck. The guy I bought my truck from had a factory one sectioned to fit so the truck could lay frame and I would like to keep it there so I can keep my air tank and compressors at the back of the truck under the bed
