Suspension Problem or something else???

i have a 82 c10 shortbed, it has never had this problem till after i towed it on a flat bed trailer. i loaded it on a flat bed and it was center of the trailer, when i arrived to the shop, the truck was all the way to the front of the trailer which it moved two feet foward. i didnt really think any thing of it, yesterday i test drove it after the exhaust shop finished up my exhaust and i makes like a clunking noise when i turn left. what should i check out? it drives fine everything else seems ok but just when i turn left it clunks and it goes away a few seconds after driving straight.

Is it 2wd or 4wd? low82 I would assume is 2wd. How did you secure it to the flatbed? Something is possibly bent where it was tied to.

its a 2wd, it was secured with the chain and tie down things big rigs use, i tied it down only on the back on the rear frame, it sounds/feels like its coming from the front left

It could just be a coinsidence that your having problems in the front after towing it. Never just strap it down in the rear only. Always strap it front and rear. For any cargo or vehicle to move 2 feet on a flat bed is highly dangerous. Maybe take it to an alignment shop. They can check it with a 4 wheel alignment to see if anything is out of specs.

When you get it on the lift check the wheel torque, bearings and ball joints. That's the only thing I could think of clunking while turning.
