Rear break shoes

Hello everyone, so I have new rear break shoes for my 1976 c10
both shoes look identical except one shoe has a thicker lining than the other.
which one goes where?
I have worked on drum brakes before but don't recall seeing shoes with
different lining thicknesses.

do you mean longer? the longer lining length goes to the rear.

No, there the same length
I'm talking about the lining thickness.

EDIT: just looked at them again one does have a longer lining. that one also has the thicker lining.
Sorry my bad.
So that one would go on the rear
