Hello how is it going ? Anyway I bought a rebuild kit for my np205, it was about $150.00. I had my friend do the rebuild for me. He works for a chevy dealership. I would advice you to go to your local chevy dealer and ask the parts department if they can get you a book to do the rebuild, or mabe they will let you make copys of the book. Back to the ? about is it dueable, everything is dueable. My buddy that rebuilt my t-case said it was rather easy, but he works on cars all day long. So I would also see the man at the chevy dealership that works on the transmissions and ask him if he would like a side job you buy the parts he dose the work.
