I workrd my kahui off yesterday and got the underside of the bed completely stripped and wirewheeled down to bare metal. We then primed it and shot it with a coat of rustoleum black. Today, we'll spray a bedliner on the whole bottom side and kick it off to the sanding room. By the end of next week the bed should be painted and bolted to the chassis.

We're leaving our bed mounts and cab mounts loose at this point. We anticipate having to do some smimming here and there in order to get the perfect trim line hole adjustments.

That bed is going to be a dream to block out compared to the intracacy of the other parts. Should go really fast!
