They fit real well and they match the roll of the hood latch exactly . You have to make a small modification to the core support to use them as is (requires removal about 1 1/2" of the vertical rib on each side). I don't want to cut my core support so I've asked him to make me a set out of steel instead of aluminum and to weld a notch in to take in a account the vertical rib. I know it won't be quite as smooth, but I think it will look cool anyway. He also has the capability of punching the holes in it like my radiator cover, but I want to see how much cooling advantage will be gained with no holes. Real good man. Still trying to get settled in and unpacked! Haha. I never realized how much stuff I had until I had to move it all.
What's the price difference to have those made in steel? And to add the holes? I was thinking the same thing when I saw them.
