The Polk stuff I've heard in cars were quality. Never heard their subs, and their speakers were being run with quality amps and eclipse head units. Back when eclipse was the top dog. I've been out of the automotive stereo stuff for awhile so I'm not sure who is considered the best.
As long as they are all in good shape, that doesn't sound like a bad deal.
