Well now that you mentioned the cat, daughter and the hydralic fluid run i guess 3 1/2 hours isn't too bad.
When i pulled my engine back around 95 i had the fluids, fan and radiator out in about 30 min, then went to get a cherry picker, brought it home and had the engine out and the picker back in about an hour.. Oh to be young again! LOL!
