I used a scotch Brit sponge, brake clean and a lot of time.. I wanted to keep the factory look. I did not want it polished. I love your build. Keep up the good work man....

The bed....... Initially, I had planned on only removing the right side of the bed for a replacement. After removing part of the bed I found out it was really easy and better to disassemble the complete bed in preparation for paint. Most of the carriage bolts I had to weld strips of metal on the heads to stop them from turning. I was also able to get into every crack and crevice to remove old paint & grime.
